Lutheran Music Program is a fiscal year 2010 recipient of an Institutional Support grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board. This activity is funded, in part, by the Minnesota arts and cultural heritage fund as appropriated by the Minnesota State Legislature with money from the vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008.

Founded in 1981, Lutheran Music Program is home to Lutheran Summer Music (LSM), a four-week residential training and performance program. Each summer, LSM brings together 150+ band, orchestra, choir, and keyboard students from the U.S. and abroad in a supportive, intentional community. LSM 30th Anniversary Challenge Grant: We Did It!

In late July, we announced an exciting challenge to the LSM community. If we could raise $30,000 by September 30, an anonymous donor would step forward with an additional $30,000 gift. We are thrilled to announce that we made our goal!
