2024 Alumni Choir Director Announced
It is with immense pleasure that LSM announces the appointment of Dr. Christopher Aspaas as the Alumni Choir Director for the 2024 Alumni Gathering. Dr. Aspaas, who previously served as LSM Festival Choir Director in 2008, 2010, and 2012, is a highly accomplished and beloved conductor and educator.
Previously having served at St. Olaf College, Dr. Aspaas is now the Director of Choral Activities at Texas Christian University. Also a renowned composer and arranger, his vocal works are performed by choirs across the country. We are thrilled to have him return to LSM this summer and are confident that his expertise and passion will make this a truly unforgettable experience.
This is a unique opportunity for LSM alumni to come together, make music, and reconnect with old friends while creating new memories. We invite all alumni, whether you were a member of the choir during Dr. Aspaas' tenure or not, to register for the alumni gathering and join us in this exciting occasion.
The Alumni Gathering will take place during Festival Week of LSM, July 25-28, 2024 on Valparaiso University’s campus.
Register by May 1 to receive the lowest registration fee of $50.
